About Unwavering Equestrian

A note from Karie:
I run Unwavering Equestrian with a simple philosophy: do right by the horse, develop the rider, and don’t cut corners.
My background in education shapes how I coach—I break down complex skills into clear, rideable pieces and meet each horse and rider where they are. Riders in my program aren’t just told what to do, they’re taught how to understand, apply, and grow.
While my foundation is in show jumping, the last several years have been dedicated to eventing—riding, training, and fully immersing myself in the sport. I am actively pursuing certification through the Eventing Coaches Program and serve on the USEA Area IX Council, contributing to the growth of education and opportunity within our region. I regularly seek out top professionals and continue to put myself in learning environments, including extended time training and working in Florida.
My program is built on horsemanship first. That means consistent care, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what is best for the horse—even when it’s not the easiest path. I expect riders to show up, stay accountable, and be part of a process that prioritizes long-term success over quick wins.
That same approach carries through every part of Unwavering Equestrian. Through sales and leases, I focus on thoughtful horse and rider matches that set both up for success—not just in the moment, but long term. As a certified MagnaWave practitioner, I incorporate PEMF therapy into my program to support recovery, comfort, and performance, working alongside veterinarians, chiropractors, and farriers to ensure each horse is managed as an athlete. I also host and participate in clinics with top professionals, creating opportunities for riders to continue learning, ask questions, and stay engaged in their development.
At Unwavering Equestrian, the goal isn’t just better rides—it’s better horsemen. Confident, capable riders. Sound, supported horses. And partnerships that actually work.
